The Commodores!

Probably the best deal in badger brushes and by far the best quality but, that’s what you get with Simpson. I have been shaving for about 40 years now, and these are my favorite brushes. I’ve shopped elsewhere but, Shave Nation always seems to have what I want and the service is impeccable. Thanks Gio!

A work of art

The Simpsons Commodore X2 Brush in Best Badger is a terrific shaving brush that I have found perfect for my needs. It's the right size for my medium sized hands and the X2 has a very comfortable handle which makes using it a joy. It's a good size for accurate face lathering and the bristles are firm but not too firm. I think this is one of the best values in the Simpsons line.

Nice lather creating brush!

This is my first badger hair brush. I also have a much cheeper synthetic brush. The badger hair brush makes much richer lather in abundance! I use this brush in my Shave Nation bowl with Proraso cream. It is soft as well.

Very comfortable

This is my first Badger brush and I absolutely love it...The first thing I noticed was the amount of water and lather the brush retains. Before making your lather, be sure to remove the excess water to keep from watering down your mix. This brush not only is attractive, it feels good in your hand. This Simpson is a quality badger for an excellent price. I highly recommend it.
