tic-tac container

a hard sided tic-tac box is the perfect size for disposing of a broken-in-two DE blade

Blade Disposal "Helpful Hint"

I have saved several small Jam and Mason style jars (very small) and drove a knife blade through the top. When it's full just duct tape the top closed along with the slit. The jar is clear so who ever handles it can see the danger within. 05/24/2014

1. use wax paper wrapper from new blade, to wrap up old blade for disposal. wax paper is good at preventing accidental cuts in garbage. send to recycling bin.
2. small Altoids tin. label it. you may get fancy and seal it shut (gorilla tape?) and cut a slit in it.
3. place sticky magnet strip around mirror, collect all your different blades, creates a badass decor. 02/04/2014

Blade Disposal "Helpful Hint"

For those of us without medicine cabinets, find any empty (preferably plastic) container, and label it CLEARLY as your "blade bank." When the day comes that it's full, take it to your local hospital and ask if they would mind disposing of them for you. 05/26/2013

Blade Disposal "Helpful Hint"

I remember seeing those slots in older homes. I took a small ziploc plastic container and cut a slit in the lid. It will hold several years worth of blades. 04/01/2013
